Transitions Mental Health Literacy network is based in six countries, extending to four continents. It is lead by professor Andre Sourander at the Research Center for Child Psychiatry, University of Turku.

The original Transitions program was developed in Canada by Developer emeritus Stanley Kutcher and Teen Mental Health team
